This is a story of migrated workers, an untold story so far...the challenge of their life...

At a construction site near my office... those guys are from a different state of India...... they come every year to the cities like Bangalore or Hyderabad where lot of construction going on…. for living and this has become a serious concern now for the states from where they are migrating....

most of them are from Orissa and Bihar....The daily wedge they get here is more than what they used to get on their own state, though very low to run normal life...now the states from where they are migrating are facing major issues with the availability of Daily Labor to run construction work there, mostly Orissa and Bihar.

The pain of the migrant worker... the anguish and anxiety …A story that needs no word itself…misplaced labor and lost to their families

While some workers come here alone some bring their family with them. The problem is the education for their children. They don't know the local language and the result they don’t go to school and remain illiterate. They also miss their friends back in their homeland and left with no option than starting their life as a child labor.

......While some workers stay in nearby field in tents, some do temporary arrangement in the same building where the construction is going on. They do not get enough money to rent a room. This boy works for the whole day and sleep in this place at night! Behind the glass sheet.

They are working for digging up the road for a cable company. As I told before some bring their wife and children with them in the town where they migrate as well as in the construction site

Probably he is the most youngest... may be 12-14 years old...... again a sad story but could not be avoided... he did not finished his study... rather in this poor condition he just came out of his home and started working... he have nobody here at all.. His only mother in his home state is working as a maiden in somebody's home... ...a truly soldier fighting for his future... alone in this place away from his near people...

Winter is really a pain for then, do not have enough cloths to cover them, fire in the early morning and it’s too heavy workload during days, night is very very difficult.

This is winter, they work hard for the whole day, digging roadsides, and most of them have skin infection on their hands and legs.
